Job summary

Altium is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to help us improve our product suite from Katowice. You will design, implement, and rigorously verify both low-level computational geometry and high-level application code to advance our offerings.

You will master algorithms, optimize performance and memory usage with profiling tools, and contribute to cross‑platform, modular designs. Strong English communication is essential; CAD know‑how is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in software development.
Strong C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core), with Delphi as advantage.
Proficiency in modern programming techniques and patterns.
Ability to optimize performance and memory footprints using profiling tools.
Cross-platform coding experience.
Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures with complexity analysis.
Modular, easily extensible design expertise.
Excellent English communication in professional environments.
CAD know-how is a plus.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

Seasoned Expertise : Min. 5 years experience in software development.
Language Proficiency : Strong C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core), with additional proficiency in Delphi, considered a definite advantage.
Modern Techniques : Demonstrate your proficiency in modern programming techniques and patterns, showcasing your adaptability and innovation.
