About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to join our Scrum team and help shape the future of software in the EDA products. Your mission will be to develop new features, improve existing solutions, and build seamless integrations that push the boundaries of innovation.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop new competitive functionalities and support the existing software solutions.
• Determine operational feasibility by analyzing problem definitions, requirements, proposed solutions, and development options.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to all levels of the architecture.
• Participate in software design, code reviews, technical documentation creation.
• Ensure appropriate quality of software by creating automated tests on a regular basis and then maintaining them.
• Collaborate within and outside Agile team in an international environment.
• Grow professionally together with your teammates.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience with C++ 11/14/17.

Strongly Required Skills

• Algorithms/Math interest.

Beneficial Skills

• Experience with QT5.15/QT6
• Experience with MFC
• Graphics experience
• Familiarity with Python, Boost, and Google-test (G-test).
• Experience with SVN and Visual Studio 2022.
• Knowledge of EDA products.
• Agile experience

Type of Employment

• Unlimited employment contract.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 207200 PLN to 300000 PLN and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
