Job summary

Hightouch is seeking its first dedicated security hire to own the application's security posture end-to-end. You will work directly on security architecture, threat modeling, and hardening in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with focus on multi-tenant isolation and data residency.

Ideal candidates read application code, influence product teams, and drive security practices across distributed systems, with emphasis on privacy and cross-cloud security.

Qualifications

• Experience as an early security hire at a SaaS or data infrastructure company.
• Secure multi-tenant platforms with tenant isolation and authorization models.
• Cloud security across multiple clouds and customer-owned accounts.
• Design and build security into data infrastructure from early design or major redesigns.
• Privacy-adjacent security, including data residency and GDPR/CCPA controls.

Responsibilities

• Own Hightouch's application security posture end-to-end.
• Shape security architecture and threat modeling for a growing engineering org.
• Improve security controls for high-throughput internet-facing APIs and data flows.
