Your role at Dynatrace

We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our R&D Talent Team to join us on a 18-month Fixed Term Contract. You will lead end to end recruitment processes by collaborating with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace. You will be responsible roles within our Design & Experience, Product Management, and Strategic Product Communicationteams.

Your role in the team:

  • Be the expert:You will drive the search for a specific set of tech-focusedroles at Dynatrace. You will push the status quoand concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.
  • Hire:You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for our R&D organization, including interviews, offers, negotiations and closing candidates.
  • Partner:Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs. As a trusted advisor you’ll coach and advise based on your knowledge in the IT market and the competitive landscape.
  • Evangelize:Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment and work closely with our Employer Branding team.
  • Organize:You’ll own multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
What will help you succeed
  • 3+ years of recruiting experienceacross several technical positions and teams,ideally in the IT/Software market
  • Experience across Engineering tech stacks such as Java, C++, Python, Java Script, React, Kubernetes and cloud engineering
  • Experience in hiring and finding leadership profiles
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasksin a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skillswith proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Profound communication skillsin Englishand ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions and understand the goals of the business

Compensation Data
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Salary: 11-15k PLN gross per month. We hire only based on a contract of employment (UoP).
