Job summary

SOITRON is seeking a Pega Administrator to join the Application Administration team. You will install, configure, deploy, and operate PEGA PRPC runtime environments, ensuring maintainability, performance, and reliability.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of Pega administration experience, CSA/CSSA certification, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Windows/Linux, JVM, and DevOps/CI‑CD workflows in containerized environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pega Administrator.
• CSA/CSSA certified.
• Experience in Systems Administration and Analysis.
• Strong experience in the Analysis and Tuning of databases.
• Operating system experience in Windows and Linux.
• Strong JVM experience.
• Expertise in installing PEGA in container/cluster environments.
• Demonstrated experience with DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong and intuitive troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Pega PRPC Administration 8.X.
• Knowledge of source control.
• Evaluating merits and risk of upgrades, coordinating with appropriate staff to execute patches to deployed applications.
• Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of log analysis (PegaRules, alert logs, system logs).
• Experience with application/platform performance monitoring tools such as PAL, PMI, AES and Windows Performance Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Experience in PEGA Admin on Windows, MQ on Linux, MSSQL.
• SQL execution knowledge is a plus.
• Web application experience in WebSphere App Server, JBoss, and Tomcat is a plus.
• API knowledge from a set‑up perspective is a plus.
• Good at problem solving and root‑cause analysis.
