Responsibilities
  • A Marketing leadership role that will be responsible for a range of therapy areas including Surgical innovations, Patient Monitoring, Respiratory Interventions.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Global Operating Units in building and executing the strategy for both downstream and upstream activities which includes leading strategic Marketing plans and New Product Launches for the portfolio to achieve revenue, profit and market share targets.
  • Leads and builds a team of Product marketers in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating trade show activities, e-catalogue, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in medical device or Surgical Therapy is required.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic agility
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
