Align Technology is seeking a Senior Global Process Owner to lead end-to-end OTC and PTM processes on a global scale. You will define standards, governance, and change control while partnering with regional operations, IT, and Finance to deliver harmonized, digitally enabled solutions.
The role focuses on SAP-enabled improvements, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and KPI-driven performance.
Role summary This position is ideal for senior-level professionals to join the Global Process Management team as a Senior Global Process Owner (Sr. GPO) – OTC / PTM, a senior role accountable for defining, governing, and continuously improving end-to-end global processes across Order to Cash (OTC) and Plan to Make (PTM).

This role owns the global process vision, standards, and performance framework for key OTC and PTM processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, operational efficiency, and strong business continuity across regions. Acting as the primary business authority for the assigned process areas, the Sr. GPO partners closely with regional operations, IT, Finance, Global Planning, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver globally harmonized and digitally enabled solutions.
The Sr. GPO plays an important role in enterprise transformation by driving process standardization, SAP-enabled improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making, while building strong collaboration across business and technical teams.
Additionally, the position is eligible for a performance bonus.
