Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build, and run secure, scalable multi-cloud platforms across Azure, GCP, and AWS. You will work with architects, security, and engineering to deliver resilient infrastructure and modern cloud services.

The role focuses on automation, scalable deployments, and cross-functional collaboration to support a global organization and drive platform modernization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of cloud engineering experience in a team setting.
• Proven hands-on production experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong Terraform configurations, reusable modules, and production deployments.
• Experience building Git-based CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain secure multi-cloud infra across Azure, GCP, and AWS using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Extend and support reusable Terraform modules including state management and drift remediation.
• Build, manage, and improve GitHub-based delivery pipelines and policy enforcement.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native platforms including Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) and serverless services.
• Enforce networking patterns (VNets/VPCs, subnets, peering, private DNS, firewalls, load balancers).
• Enforce IAM/RBAC, secret management, encryption, and policy compliance across clouds.
• Monitor platform health and reliability with observability tools and contribute to incident response and RCA.
• Collaborate with global teams to support platform modernization and operational excellence.

The Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer will play a key role in building, automating, and operating secure, scalable multi-cloud platforms across Microsoft Azure, GCP, and AWS. In this hands-on role, you will partner with architects, security teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver resilient infrastructure, strengthen automation, and support modern cloud services for a global organization.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Implement and maintain secure multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and AWS using Terraform and infrastructure as code best practices.
• Extend and support reusable Terraform modules, including module versioning, remote state management, environment separation, and drift remediation.
• Build, manage, and improve GitHub-based delivery pipelines, including pull request validation, policy enforcement, and promotion of infrastructure changes across environments.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native platforms and services, including Kubernetes environments such as AKS, EKS, and GKE, as well as serverless and container-based services.
• Implement secure, private-by-default networking patterns including VNets/VPCs, subnets, peering, routing, private endpoints, DNS resolution, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Enforce identity, access, and security controls across cloud environments, including IAM/RBAC, managed identities, workload identity federation, secrets management, encryption, and policy compliance.
• Monitor platform health and reliability through observability and alerting tools, while contributing to incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to support platform modernization, technical documentation, and operational excellence across distributed environments.

• Have 4–7 years of cloud engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and maintaining infrastructure as code in a collaborative team environment.
• Bring strong hands-on production experience across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS, with the ability to troubleshoot and support cloud environments effectively.
• Have solid experience writing, maintaining, and reviewing Terraform configurations, including reusable modules, remote state, and production deployments.
• Have experience building or maintaining Git-based CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions or equivalent automation pipelines.
• Understand core cloud networking concepts including VNets/VPCs, subnets, peering, routing, firewalls, private DNS, connectivity troubleshooting, and load balancing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cloud security fundamentals including IAM, RBAC, secrets management, encryption at rest and in transit, and compliance-driven controls.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate well across global, multicultural teams, with comfort working across regions and time zones.

It Will Be a Plus If You

• Have experience with identity federation for delivery pipelines, such as OIDC or workload identity federation, in place of long-lived secrets.
• Have implemented policy-as-code or infrastructure scanning controls using tools such as Checkov, tfsec, or OPA.
• Bring experience supporting multi-subscription, multi-account, or multi-project governance and landing zone models.
• Have worked with enterprise secrets management and rotation tools such as Azure Key Vault, Google Secret Manager, or similar services.
• Have experience with Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux, or related platform engineering capabilities.
• Have hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms such as AKS, EKS, or GKE in production environments.
• Hold certifications such as AZ-104 or Google Associate Cloud Engineer; Terraform Associate, AZ-500, or CKA are also valued.
• Have exposure to FinOps, service mesh, Cloudflare, GitHub Enterprise administration, or AI-enabled cloud services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Vertex AI.
