Sr. Channel Manager / Enterprise and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
The Sr. Channel Manager for Enterprise and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) will be instrumental in driving Kajeet’s growth strategy in the enterprise market. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners specializing in enterprise connectivity and fixed wireless solutions, driving sales to meet revenue goals, and positioning Kajeet as a leader in managed wireless access and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key partners in the enterprise and fixed wireless space, including resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business through partner-led sales, actively managing the pipeline, and working with partners to increase market penetration for Kajeet’s FWA and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver partner training programs, equipping channel partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell and implement Kajeet’s solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market campaigns with partners, enhancing Kajeet’s visibility and lead generation in enterprise channels.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development and customer success to ensure seamless implementation and support for partner-led projects.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on partner performance, utilizing CRM tools and analytics to refine strategies and ensure targets are met.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in fixed wireless technology, using insights to adapt Kajeet’s approach to meet evolving market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally with a focus on enterprise telecommunications, IoT, or fixed wireless access solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the fixed wireless access market and enterprise connectivity requirements.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through channel partners, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing Partner Ecosystem Relationships: Established relationships with major enterprise resellers, including CDW, and a focus on solution areas such as connected health, smart transportation, and other IoT-enabled solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals, adapting to market trends and partner needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% to partner sites, conferences, and events.
