Key job responsibilities: As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings. Using Amazon tools, you will classify products and address deviations from SOPs in collaboration with your manager and experts. You will prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets. You may identify improvement opportunities, like automating reports with Excel, and contribute to SOP refinement. You will share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
• Basic SQL knowledge for data queries

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA
• Expertise in database querying (SQL)
• Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, or corporate environments
• Background in data analysis within quantitative fields, including the development of data and decision support systems
