About The Role

We are seeking experienced finance leaders in the hospitality industry to join our team as a Sr. Accountant / Controller. The ideal candidate has experience with top international hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, or Accor, and brings expertise in hotel finance operations, accounting, compliance, reporting, and team leadership. Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience in hospitality (required)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel finance operations
• Skilled in SAGE, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools
• Sharp, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Fluent English — confident communicating with high-profile clients
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset
• Availability: 9 AM–5 PM EST
• Works as an independent contractor
