Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Poznan, Poland is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser responsible for upholding the Levi’s brand image and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role covers maintaining VM brand guidelines, ensuring products on the floor are well displayed and tagged to meet sales targets, training store associates, and providing regular feedback to Head Office with VM checklists and photos.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Familiarity with VM guidelines and sales reports.
• Ability to analyze trends and translate into VM actions.
• Experience training store staff in VM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s VM brand image on the floor according to guidelines.
• Deliver store sales targets by ensuring product is well displayed and tagged.
• Train store associates in Levi’s Visual Guidelines.
• Provide Head Office with regular feedback using VM checklists and photos.

Key parts of the role:

• Maintaining Levi’s brand image through our Visual Merchandising brand guidelines
• Delivering store sales targets by ensuring the product on the floor is well displayed and tagged.
• Training store associates in Levi’s Visual Guidelines
• Delivering the highest level of customer service
• Providing Head Office with ongoing feedback by using VMR checklists and pictures on regular basis

The amount an individual will earn within this range will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and business needs. The starting salary range applies to full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time positions.

Monthly compensation range: 4900 - 5200 PLN
