Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser in Poznań, Poland, to uphold the Levi’s brand image and enhance the customer experience through effective VM.

You will work to ensure displays align with guidelines, assist in driving sales, and train staff in VM standards. You will also provide ongoing feedback to Head Office using VM checklists and photos, stay creative with current trends, and manage time to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Understand VM guidelines and sales reports.
• Creative and trend-aware.
• Capable of advising store management on VM ideas.

• Maintaining Levi’s brand image through our Visual Merchandising brand guidelines
• Delivering store sales targets by ensuring the product on the floor is well displayed and tagged.
• Training store associates in Levi’s Visual Guidelines
• Delivering the highest level of customer service
• Providing Head Office with ongoing feedback by using VMR checklists and pictures on regular basis

An expected starting salary range for this role is shown below. The amount an individual will earn within this range will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and business needs. The starting salary range applies to full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time positions.
