Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing recruitment announcements tailored to the specifics of production and technical positions in our company;
• Proactively acquiring qualified employees, seeking possible channels of reach;
• Selecting applications, analyzing profile matching for the sought position;
• Conducting recruitment for direct technical and production positions, mainly machine operators and welders;
• Contact with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process;
• Maintaining documentation related to the recruitment process;
• Administering the internal database of recruitment documents;
• Participating in Employer Branding actions, job fairs.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting technical staff, especially in a production environment;
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and orientation in the labor market;
• Independence, responsibility, and engagement in performed tasks;
• Communication skills and ease of establishing relationships;
• Good organization of own work and ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Secondary education - preferably higher, e.g., in psychology or HR.
