Job summary

Home.pl is seeking a Specialist System Administrator - Core Platform to manage a Hyper-V cluster, Active Directory, and Entra Tenants, while driving automation across our IT landscape.

The candidate should have 4+ years of Windows server experience, strong knowledge of System Center, Hyper-V, AD, and PowerShell, plus networking skills. German language is a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Windows stack administration experience.
• Practical experience with Windows Server systems.
• Expertise in Hyper-V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory.

Specialist System Administrator - Core Platform

Your responsibilities:

• Administering and maintaining a Hyper-V cluster farm and Active Directories as well as Entra Tenants, including their peripheral systems.
• Interconnecting and collaborating on new, high-performance infrastructures and implementing them.
• Driving automation of administrative processes in the system landscape to reduce the load of recurring tasks.

Our requirements:

• Strong technical background with 4+ years’ experience Windows stack administration.
• Practical experience with current Windows Server systems.
• Profound knowledge of managing Microsoft Hyper‑V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory as well as mail systems.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols.
• High level of autonomy and proactiveness.
• Openness to exploring, testing, and integrating AI-driven solutions into daily IT operations.
• Communicative German language skills will be an added asset.
