Job summary

Danfoss in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to help design, build, and run IT infrastructure services that deliver quality and long‑term value to the business.

You will own the service lifecycle from strategy through design, build, deploy and operations, ensuring governance, gates, and timely handovers while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

This role emphasizes structure, strong collaboration, and a lasting impact on service quality and stability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT service management and project delivery experience.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and governance gates and milestones.
• Hands-on experience with service design, service transition, and operational handover.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Planisware, and collaboration platforms like Teams or Confluence.

• Turn strategy into action by managing service artifacts, gate approvals, and readiness for operational handover.
