Job summary

The role focuses on data transfer, integration, and quality within the operations data stack to support asset performance analysis and regulatory reporting. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in quantitative finance or related tech, strong Python/SQL skills, and a solid grasp of data governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; quantitative analysis preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance/technology.
  • Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python and data extraction for populating models.
  • Understanding of performance, risk, or valuation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external datasets to develop statistical, financial, and econometric models for asset performance analysis.
  • Prepare regulatory reports and drafts of standard and ad-hoc reports for Structured Product CLOs.
  • Support areas with basic statistical analyses and occasionally more advanced analyses.
  • Perform or supervise data management activities, including running models and identifying/correcting exceptions.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID.

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external datasets and client reference data to provide analysis in the development of statistical, financial, and/or econometric models for analyzing asset performance, securities data, derivative pricing, risk exposure, or other sophisticated concepts.
  • Provide analytical support and prepare regulatory reports & drafts of standard and ad‑hoc reports for assigned area in Structured Product CLOs.
  • Support assigned areas with basic statistical and quantitative analyses, occasionally performing more advanced analyses.
  • Perform or oversee data management activities in support of more senior quantitative colleagues, including running models, identifying exceptions, and taking corrective action.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
  • Knowledge of technology tools such as Python, querying, and macro development to extract data for populating models.
  • Understanding of processes and products to support assessment of performance, risk, or valuation.
