Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

We are looking for you if you:
  • Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (ideally within financial services, market data, or technology).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing best practices and the RFP/RFI process.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for spend analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and external vendors.
You’ll get extra points for:
  • Exposure to market data procurement, financial information services, or subscription‑based services.
  • Familiarity with market data vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, S&P Global, or FactSet.
  • Experience with procurement tools including Buyright, Infomatch, etc.
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned spend categories, including market data, research subscriptions, and financial technology services.
  • Manage global contracts and its administration, ensuring compliance with negotiated and regulatory terms, service level and timely manage renewal, amendments and termination.
  • Support the vendor selection and RFP/RFI/RFQ process, including market research & analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with global business partners to understand strategic priorities and ensure adherence to the ING Procurement Policy.
  • Collaborate with internal ING stakeholders (Finance, Market Data, Legal, IT, and Business Units) to capture requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in market data inventory management and cost optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to rationalize vendors or consolidate contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of market data providers and industry trends (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, Morningstar, FactSet).
  • Track key supplier performance, conduct periodic reviews with business users, and resolve any service or contract‑related issues.
  • Contribute to reporting on savings, spend analysis, and sourcing metrics to senior management.
  • Play a role as strategic contributor in fields like ESG and procurement best in class practice.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sourcing and Contract Expert – Market Data to join our international team. In this role, you will be supporting the Global Category Manager Wholesale Banking Solutions and support the Global Strategic Market Data Manager. The role will be accountable for defining needs, researching the market, running sourcing events, managing suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The role involves managing sourcing processes, negotiating supplier agreements, monitoring vendor performance, and driving cost optimisation initiatives, with a focus on supporting the procurement of market data and related services.
