Biopharma Careers in Wroclaw is seeking a procurement professional to own source-to-contract activities for clinical outsourcing services, shaping partnerships with external vendors to support critical business needs. You will lead competitive sourcing, market analysis, and contract negotiations across international teams, identifying suppliers and developing category strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline (or natural sciences), with 3+ years of procurement experience.
• Hands-on experience running RFx processes and leading supplier negotiations from start to finish.
• Clinical trial or clinical outsourcing sector experience is highly valued; this is where you’ll make the biggest impact.
• Clear and confident English communication in writing and in person; thrives in international, cross-functional environments.
• Combine analytical thinking with commercial judgment, using data/AI-driven insights to inform sourcing decisions.
• Understand compliance, risk, and alignment of sourcing with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

You’ll take ownership of source-to-contract activities for clinical outsourcing services, shaping how we partner with external vendors to support critical business needs. Working across international teams, you’ll lead competitive sourcing processes, conduct market analysis, and negotiate contracts that deliver value while managing risk. Your day-to‑day involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, developing category strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders – challenging requirements constructively and bringing procurement expertise early into decision‑making. You’ll combine commercial acumen with strategic thinking, using data and market insights to recommend the best sourcing approaches. This role offers real impact: your work directly influences how efficiently and effectively we access clinical outsourcing services, and you’ll grow your expertise in a dynamic, regulated healthcare environment. Travel: 20 - 40% annually.

Who you are:

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline (or natural sciences), with 3+ years of procurement experience.
