Job summary

Fresenius Digital Technology, integral to the Fresenius Group, expands its sourcing team in Wroclaw. The role focuses on IT procurement, contract negotiations, supplier management, and process optimization.

You will work with legal and CHR Labor Law to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery while supporting internal departments on strategic initiatives. The position offers a modern office in Wrocław city centre or remote work with weekly office meetings, and an emphasis on collaboration

• Extensive experience in IT sourcing/strategic procurement.
• Experience in trade compliance and data protection.
• Industry knowledge and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with IT providers and manage vendor relations.
• Draft contracts and clarify terms with legal and CHR Labor Law.
• Process and create service requests; manage Ariba contracts.
• Support departments with projects and documentation of processes.
• Prepare monthly overviews and supplier cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain supplier management and ensure quality/compliance.

Job description

As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare company and its business areas. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference. We are now expanding our sourcing team by adding a new member.

Your daily basis tasks:

• Contract negotiations with providers
• Contract drafting and legal clarification in coordination with the legal department and CHR Labor Law
• Purchasing external IT services, hardware and software, including supplier management
• Successful development of commercial relationships
• Contact person for the specialist departments in all aspects of service/external service purchasing including presentation of processes and innovations
• Processing & creation of service requests
• Sending service requests, orders and terminations
• Maintenance & administration of the contract management tool (Ariba)
• Interface to various back office departments and management
• Supplier Management (implementation, preparation, follow-up and further development)
• Execution of specified purchasing concepts and compliance with operational quality assurance measures
• Pursuit of specified strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, quality and process improvement
• Monthly preparation of overviews and reports
• Supporting the specialist departments with any projects that arise
• Creation of documentation for work processes
