Sound Engineer

Full‑time position in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires full eligibility to work under a local employment contract. Employees work in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed audio specifications based on project requirements and creative vision.
• Design and produce high‑quality music compositions and sound effects that enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including producers, game designers, developers, and artists—to integrate audio seamlessly into projects and drive on‑time delivery.
• Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to internal team members and external development partners.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of audio assets and implementation to ensure optimal performance across various platforms and devices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Audio Designer or similar role in the entertainment, gaming, or multimedia industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original music compositions, sound design projects, and audio implementation work.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard audio software, preferably Logic Pro and Adobe Audition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
