Sound Engineer
Full‑time position in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires full eligibility to work under a local employment contract. Employees work in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Warsaw office.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed audio specifications based on project requirements and creative vision.
- Design and produce high‑quality music compositions and sound effects that enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including producers, game designers, developers, and artists—to integrate audio seamlessly into projects and drive on‑time delivery.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to internal team members and external development partners.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of audio assets and implementation to ensure optimal performance across various platforms and devices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Audio Designer or similar role in the entertainment, gaming, or multimedia industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing original music compositions, sound design projects, and audio implementation work.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard audio software, preferably Logic Pro and Adobe Audition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
