Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is looking for a logistics trainer to educate the warehouse team on operational procedures and job responsibilities.

You will play a key role in shaping how daily tasks are performed and ensuring staff understand standards. You will support the Operations Process Leader in refining process stages, oversee equipment use and inventory management, and promptly report any irregularities observed during your shift to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in operational logistics (Sort Center, HUB, or warehouse environment).
• Polish language at a communicative level and ability to train staff on procedures.
• Responsible approach to technical equipment, tracking, maintenance and inventory management.
• Highly observant and quick to identify process disruptions during shifts.

This is the right job for you if:

You have professional experience in operational logistics(Sort Center, HUB, or warehouse environment).

You speak Polish at a communicative level and feel confident acting as an educator - capable of efficiently and effectively training operational staff on procedures.

You take a responsible approach to technical equipment, ensuring proper tracking, maintenance, and inventory management.

You are highly observantand quick to identify any process disruptions during your shift.
