Job summary

Allostera is seeking a technically curious professional who can understand a customer's challenge, propose a solution and bring it to life. You’ll work on observability, AI and cloud-cost visibility projects using Datadog, in a small, early-stage company with room to shape how we work.

You will lead technical discussions, build demos and PoCs, implement Datadog integrations, create dashboards and alerts, and document implementations for customer teams.

Qualifications

• Must have practical DevOps/SRE or IT solutions delivery experience.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and connecting metrics, logs and traces; Datadog is a strong plus.
• Clear, concise communication in Polish and English; ability to own tasks end-to-end.

Job description

At Allostera, we’re looking for someone who can understand a customer’s technical challenge, propose a solution and bring it to life.

We’re developing services around observability, AI and cloud cost visibility, using Datadog. You’ll join a small company at an early stage, with the opportunity to shape how we work and the technical standards we set.

Your responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers, translating their needs into a clear solution scope.
• Build demos and proofs of concept (PoCs) with clearly defined success criteria.
• Implement Datadog integrations, infrastructure monitoring, APM, logging and distributed tracing.
• Instrument applications, including with OpenTelemetry, and create dashboards and alerts.
• Investigate performance and reliability issues and help customers make sense of their cost data.
• Document implementations and share knowledge with customer teams.

What you bring

• Practical experience in DevOps, SRE, systems administration or implementing IT solutions.
• Experience with monitoring or observability tools and an understanding of how to connect metrics, logs and traces. Datadog experience is a strong advantage; we also welcome candidates who have worked with other platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, containers and at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• The ability to automate tasks using tools such as Python or Bash and work with APIs.
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly, listen to customers and take ownership of tasks through to completion.
• Confident communication in Polish and sufficient English to work with documentation and participate in technical discussions.

Additional strengths: OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Terraform, technical pre-sales, cloud cost optimisation or monitoring AI/LLM applications.
