The ideal candidate has 7+ years in observability, strong C++ skills, and hands‑on experience with metrics, tracing, logging, and telemetry pipelines, plus OpenTelemetry, eBPF, and GitOps

• 7+ years of experience in observability engineering, including metrics, tracing and logging.
• Expertise in profiling and telemetry pipelines.
• Understanding of customer‑experience measurement for latency‑sensitive market data systems.
• Background in building and operating large‑scale monitoring, observability or control platforms.
• Proficiency in C++ engineering and the ability to engage effectively with development teams.
• Skills in OpenTelemetry, eBPF and GitOps.
• Competency in API‑driven automation and CI/CD‑integrated observability practices.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native, Kubernetes and distributed systems architectures.
• Proven ability to influence engineering teams and establish standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience from low‑latency trading, market data or other high‑performance distributed systems, with a strong C++ background and a track record of building production monitoring, telemetry and operational tooling at scale.
