Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is hiring a Solution Engineer for the OneTrust platform within the Digital & Technology function. You will lead configuration, integration, and optimization across privacy, security, and governance programs, translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable automation.

You will partner with Privacy, Legal, Security, IT, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and provide training and ongoing support. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or platform administration.
• 2+ years configuring and administering OneTrust modules.
• Experience building API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth/SSO).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data queries and validation.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
• Strong communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain OneTrust modules (Privacy, Consent, Vendor Risk, GRC).
• Design and implement integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems via APIs/connectors.
• Gather business and regulatory requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of configurations and integrations before production.
• Document architecture, runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to users and admins.
• Monitor platform performance and stay current with OneTrust releases.
• Ensure data handling aligns with privacy regulations and internal policies.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solution Engineer to lead the configuration, integration, customization, and ongoing optimization of the OneTrust platform across our organization. This role serves as the technical backbone for privacy, security, and governance programs-translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable, automated solutions within the OneTrust ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and business operations, partnering closely with Privacy, Legal, Security, IT, and Data teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Your responsibilities would include:

• configuring and maintaining OneTrust modules (Privacy, Consent, Vendor Risk, GRC, etc.) in alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• designing and implementing integrations between OneTrust and enterprise using APIs, connectors, and middleware
• gathering business, legal, and technical requirements from stakeholders and translatingthem into scalable technical solutions
• conducting thorough testing (functional, regression, UAT) of all configurations and integrations before production deployment
• developing and maintaining technical documentation including solution architecture, runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides
• providing training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end-users, administrators, and business stakeholders
• monitoring platform performance, staying current with OneTrust releases, and proactively recommendingenhancements and new capabilities
• ensuring all platform configurations and data handling practices remain aligned with applicable privacy regulations and internal policies.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 4+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or platform administration
• 2+ years hands-on experience configuring and administering OneTrust (any modules)
• experience building API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth/SSO)
• basic SQL knowledge for data queries and validation
• familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, or similar)
• strong communication skills - able to work with both technical and business teams
• ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly in English (strong written & verbal).

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• OneTrust certification (any module)
• familiarity with Jira, Salesforce
• background in FMCG Industries
• exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
