About the role:

As a Solution Architect/ Presales – IT Automation, Data & AI (IBM) you will primarily working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining solutions and projects.

What you'll do:

  • Ability to support the design of vendor solutions to meet partner or end-user requirements.

  • Prepare infrastructure and participate in PIC projects based on the most modern products from the IBM offer (Automation, Data, AI)

  • Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.

  • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

  • Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.

  • Be up to date with current version of offered products and news.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • Fluent in English and Polish (B2).

  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience working with IT Automation and/or Data Management.

  • Good communication and Presentation skills are essential.

  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Knowledge of observability software or APM and Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms is a plus.
