Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in software engineering with leadership of complex system design.
• Fluency in Java with hands-on experience in the J2EE platform and Spring.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI/ML to improve software architecture or developer workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and mentor peers.

As a Software Systems Engineer, you will drive technical design and execution across a high-scale product suite handling significant domain complexity. You will collaborate across distributed teams, mentor engineers and continuously improve software development processes and system efficiency. This role requires technical depth, constructive problem-solving skills and the ability to guide teams toward reliable, sustainable software architecture.

• Work with globally distributed teams to discuss, understand, design and implement new functionalities across complex systems.
