State Street in Kraków/Gdańsk is seeking a VP of Software Sourcing to lead end-to-end IT procurement, including negotiations, vendor management, and cost optimization. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) within Poland and sits in the Global Procurement Team.
It requires extensive IT sourcing experience and a proven ability to deliver savings across cloud and software engagements. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and risk-aware procurement
The VP of Software Sourcing is an important role within State Street’s Global Procurement Team and responsible for the preparation, analysis, negotiation and finalization of the end‑to‑end Procurement process for all software and cloud engagements. This sourcing manager will support/be a part of the global, regional and local category sourcing strategies working with our global IT vendors. This role will be senior individual contributor.
This role can be performed in hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Krakow or Gdańsk, Poland.

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self‑management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non‑discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance‑based awards.
