Job summary

SERgroup Holding International GmbH is seeking a dedicated Software Tester to ensure the quality of our Doxis software throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers and the product team to catch bugs, promote security practices, and help deliver stable releases.

Responsibilities include functional testing, maintaining automated tests, and participating in test planning to ensure high quality and robust software for an international audience.

Qualifications

• Experience with functional software testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Experience with API testing (e.g. Postman, REST Assured).
• Basic understanding of performance testing (e.g. JMeter, k6, or similar).
• Understanding of security principles in software development is an advantage.
• Structured, accurate, and able to work systematically.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of new and existing features.
• Follow up to ensure security warnings are addressed and resolved by developers.
• Develop and maintain automated tests.
• Conduct performance/load testing to identify bottlenecks.
• Write simple scripts for test automation and tooling support.
• Document test results, defects, and improvement suggestions.
• Contribute to test planning and quality assurance processes.
