Job summary

Dolby Laboratories in Wroclaw is seeking software engineers to design and build media processing and distribution tools. You will work on audio/video processing solutions, encoding and playback, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust architectures.

The role requires C++ and JavaScript experience, as well as familiarity with media frameworks and cross‑platform development across macOS, Windows, and Linux. A flexible, hybrid work approach is supported.

Qualifications

• Working toward a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable field.
• Experience with audio and video processing solutions and audio signal processing.
• Experience in frontend or full stack software development and C++/JavaScript coding.

Responsibilities

• Work with various media formats and streaming techniques.
• Develop and maintain software tools for media processing and distribution.
• Collaborate with software engineers to resolve media encoding and playback issues.
• Review system architectures and behaviors.
• Implement build system solutions to support development.
