CloudFerro in Warsaw seeks a Software Engineer to build and maintain the internal Managed Kubernetes platform that underpins our cloud infrastructure. You will work with Cluster API, Go, OpenStack, and Temporal to automate cluster lifecycle and deliver robust systems.

Due to our dynamic development, we are looking to join our team a:

Software Engineer-Managed Kubernetes Platform

What will be your tasks?

• Developing the internal Managed Kubernetes platform that forms the foundation of our cloud infrastructure.
• Implementing and maintaining solutions based on Cluster API (CAPI) and custom providers written in Go.
• Integrating the orchestration layer with infrastructure built on the OpenStack platform.
• Automating cluster lifecycle processes and complex workflows using Temporal.
• Building new functionalities, optimizing existing code, and maintaining high quality standards through automated testing and clean code practices.
• Have at least 3-4 years of commercial programming experience,
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, going beyond just the application-level basics.
• Production-level Linux expertise — confidence working in the environment, understanding networking, and the ability to diagnose issues.

An additional advantage will be:

• Knowledge of Cluster API (CAPI) or experience in building custom Kubernetes operators/providers.
• Experience with OpenStack.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
