Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop UEM/UEMr applications using Java 8 with Spring and Swing. The role involves working across on-prem, cloud-based, and hybrid environments to deliver robust network management tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement PostgreSQL-based data models, and leverage Kafka and SNMP to monitor and manage complex networks.

Qualifications

• Java 8 backend and frontend development with Spring and Tomcat.
• Proficient PostgreSQL database knowledge.
• Basic network concepts including SNMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop UEM/UEMr applications using Java 8, Spring, Swing, and related tech.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Kafka, SNMP, and network components to support monitoring and management.
• Collaborate with on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid network management teams across software delivery.
