Qualifications

3‑5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong skills in at least one of the core technologies – Ruby/Rails, Golang, Python, React, etc.
Comfortable working across the entire SDLC: from problem framing to deploying and monitoring production.

Responsibilities

Ship production-ready code daily across core systems.
Design and scale services for performance and long-term maintainability.
Improve internal developer velocity by contributing to tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Influence architectural decisions.
Mentor peers and drive engineering standards through practices.
