Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, esp. Go backend services.
• Experience designing high-throughput, data-intensive systems.
• Strong concurrency, reliability and performance focus.
• SQL databases and data modeling for evolving data.
• Cloud-based environments and containerized workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale Go services ingesting flight data.
• Own performance, correctness, and uptime of Flight Data Systems.
• Lead modernization of critical platform components.
• Ship production-ready code daily with strong tests.
• Improve developer velocity via tooling and CI/CD.
