Job summary

Google Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer for the Flexibility Advisory group. You will design and implement AI/ML cloud solutions, contribute technically, and guide project scope from design to rollout.

You will write code mainly in C++ and Go, run scalable compute workloads, and help improve deployment pipelines and SDLC practices. Strong collaboration with teams and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in C++ (production experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Proficiency in Go for scalable backend components.

Responsibilities

• Create and run virtual machines on Google infrastructure via Compute Engine.
• Plan and scope projects for the team and support direct reports.
• Write code primarily in C++ and Go; monitor services and automate deployment.
• Help onboard new Software Engineers and improve SDLC processes.
