The role

• Provide mentorship to software engineering teams using C#, NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Involve proactively with various teams across the organization to solve problems faced by the teams or by our customers.
• Able to analyze the product usage data from LIVE environments to identify strategies that can optimize operational costs and improve application maintainability.
• Identify bottlenecks in applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness of the applications.
• To be able to suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
• To be able to design, document, and implement technical solutions for various type/ systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects.
• Plans, executes, and documents unit tests, reports status and issues.
• Experience of working with third party engineers and packages.
• To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science with (at least) 5 years of professional experience.
• Must have knowledge of .NET Development (C#) with any of the .NET Frameworks (NET Framework 4.5 or later, Asp.NET MVC5, Asp.NET Core, WCF).
• Experience in Manufacturing industry, MES platform and integration with other third-party tools.
• Good knowledge of SOA, microservices and enterprise integration with SAP.
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms, preferably MS Azure, including cloud‑native services.
• Good and effective communication and global team working skills.
• Good to have knowledge in Entity Framework.
• Strong object‑oriented programming (OOPS) design skills, SOLID principles, and proficiency in software design patterns.
