Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional IT experience.
• At least 3 years in similar software development projects.
• Advanced technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
• English level B2 or above.
• Advanced Level Certificate in Software Development Technology or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or higher vocational training (IT degree not required).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems and solutions.
• Lead and coordinate development teams when required.
• Translate business and technical requirements into software designs.
• Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges.
• Optimize software from performance, security and quality perspectives.
• Define and maintain software development standards and best practices.
