Job summary

BELVEDERE in Kraków is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and deliver cloud-native solutions. You will work across legacy and modern architectures, building APIs and microservices that meet high performance demands in an Agile setting.

You will lead design discussions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with architects, testers, and product owners to ensure delivery quality while integrating Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core/C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

They are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join their STP Tribe in Kraków. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

Position Overview

As a .NET Developer, you'll play a central role in designing, developing, and delivering solutions that support business-critical operations. You'll work across both legacy .NET Framework applications and modern cloud-native architectures, building APIs and microservices that meet demanding performance requirements. This position requires strong technical skills, the ability to lead design discussions, and a collaborative approach to working with architects, testers, and product owners. You'll contribute to the technical direction of projects while ensuring quality through testing practices and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and modern .NET versions
• Design and implement APIs and microservices-based solutions
• Integrate cloud-native components using Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with architects, testers, and product owners to ensure delivery quality
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and TDD practices
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Work with containerisation tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and modern .NET versions (6, 7, 8)
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Kafka
• Expertise in API development and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Service Fabric
• Experience with unit testing frameworks including XUnit and NUnit
• Strong understanding of integration testing and test-driven development
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture
• Ability to lead technical design and make architectural decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments
