Job summary

Grand Parade, part of William Hill, Krakow, seeks a Test Engineer to ensure the performance and stability of real-time data pipelines. You will create automated test cases and performance tests, collaborating with developers, analysts and product owners to define acceptance criteria.

The role requires Java expertise and experience with Groovy, Spock, and Rest-assured, plus CI, SQL unit testing, and ETL testing. AWS experience is a plus in our cloud-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java and test development in automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Spock, Groovy, and Rest-assured for automated testing.
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS is a plus).
• Agile mindset with Scrum/Kanban, and TDD/BDD practices.
• Test development with CI builds, SQL unit testing, and ETL processes.
• Experience testing integrations and end-to-end performance.

• Ensure the performance, speed, and stability of real-time datasets as a Test Engineer.
• Develop comprehensive and top-notch test cases, incorporating both automation and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product owners to formulate accurate acceptance criteria.
• Engage in collaboration regarding technical strategies and contribute to finding solutions.
• Communicate project goals and present testing results to stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:
