Job summary

T-Hub Polska, part of Telekom, is seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead software development initiatives for projects with the German public sector in Warsaw. You will act as technical authority, translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and guide teams through the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Software Architect.
• 3 years hands-on backend development.
• Experience designing cloud-based architectures.
• Experience leading technical teams of 6-8.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• German and English professional working proficiency.
