The Krakow Enterprise Video Security organization is seeking an experienced software architect to lead the development of the Video Management System solution. The role involves designing, implementing, and delivering innovative features for the Avigilon On-premise Video Management System, with active participation in all development stages. Collaboration with professionals to define functional and non-functional requirements and proposing modern software solutions is essential. We seek an open-minded individual eager to pursue ideas, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate effectively.

Basic Requirements

Specific Knowledge/Skills

• Experience in software architecture, design, and patterns
• Leadership in delivering full-stack solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English for effective communication

Optional Qualifications

• Knowledge of Video Streaming technologies
• Experience with Microservices and OpenAPI
• Network and database programming skills
