Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Software Architect to shape enterprise and data architecture across a complex enterprise. You will help build a consistent reference architecture and collaborate with platform teams to describe architecture, services, and capabilities.

You will also automate architecture information management using Python and Bash, transform recurring questions into reference patterns, and apply AI-assisted workflows to governance and data products, with English fluency and Poland

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise, capability, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Data Mesh, data governance, and data products.
• Hands-on Python and Bash Shell for automation.
• Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Curating technical capabilities and improving the Reference Architecture Framework (RAF) content by reviewing and enhancing capability definitions, classifications, and relationships.
• Collaborating with platform teams to represent their offerings in the RAF, describing architecture, services, and capabilities using a shared vocabulary.
• Supporting enterprise reuse initiatives by aligning platform and service descriptions and making existing capabilities easier to discover.
• Automating architecture information management through the development of reusable scripts and AI‑assisted workflows to maintain accurate information across sources.
• Developing practical guidance by transforming recurring architecture and API integration questions into reference patterns and automated checks.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to join a project focused on Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, and data governance. In this role, you will help build a consistent reference architecture and bring together distributed architectural knowledge across a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with technical experts to define clear models, standards, and architectural guidance, while also using your hands‑on scripting and automation skills to streamline the collection and validation of technology metadata. The role also involves working with modern data concepts such as Data Mesh and Data Governance, as well as API and integration patterns, with opportunities to leverage AI‑powered tools.

Your tasks
