We’re on a mission to make finance effortless. Now we’re looking for someone who will do the same for our social media.
TL;DR
We’re looking for someone who will turn our socials into something people actually want to follow. Someone who doesn’t wait for a brief, but writes the plan. From 0 to 100k+ followers — with budget, a team, and fast decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Build our social media presence from scratch: strategy, channels, tone, and processes
- Create and publish content that builds awareness and drives engagement
- Grow our profiles in a way that’s consistent, data-driven, and brand-aligned
- Track performance and continuously optimize based on real insights
- Collaborate closely with influencers, design, product, and brand teams
- Work globally across multiple markets and audiences
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience running social media for B2C brands (fintech, mobile, e-commerce, or startups)
- Hands-on knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X – and what content works where
- Strong writing skills and visual thinking
- Experience building communities, not just broadcasting content
- A data mindset – you understand reach, engagement, shares, saves, and what drives them
- English at C1+ level – both written and spoken
- A portfolio or case study showcasing your work (required to apply)
Nice to have
- Experience managing freelancers or small content teams
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, or similar
- Ability to work fast and independently in a scale-up environment
