Link Group poszukuje Senior Developera do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za warstwę analityczną Snowflake. Będziesz refaktoryzował i rozbudowywał istniejące data pipelines oraz implementował zmiany wynikające z wymagań biznesowych.”

Wymagane 3+ lata doświadczenia w analityce danych, praktyczna znajomość Snowflake, DBT, GitLab i angielski na poziomie B2. Praca wymaga samodzielności, dbałości o jakość kodu i współpracy w zespole.

Qualifications

• 3+ lata doświadczenia jako konsultant IT / data engineer w dostarczaniu analytics
• Praktyczna znajomość Snowflake: hurtownie, role, zadania/streams, projektowanie SQL z uwzględnieniem wydajności
• DBT w produkcyjnym użyciu (modele, makra, testy, dokumentacja)
• GitLab (lub równoważny workflow Git) z CI-wspieranym deploymentem modeli danych
• Doświadczenie refaktoryzowania istniejących potoków danych i pracy od wymagań do mockupów
• Rozszerzanie warstwy analytics Snowflake dla źródeł, agregacji i danych produktowych
• Wdrażanie zmian w wymaganiach biznesowych: nowe atrybuty, logika agregacji, drill-down, historization
• Budowa i utrzymanie modeli DBT, testów i dokumentacji; zarządzanie kodem w GitLab
• Projektowanie logiki transformacyjnej i analitycznej (np. statusy partii, analizy odchyleń)
• Zapewnienie zgodności z standardami nazewnictwa, warstwowania, data-product ownership i dokumentacją
• Walidacja danych i reconcilizacja z systemami źródłowymi; monitorowanie jakości danych

Responsibilities

• Senior Developer dołącza do zespołu pracującego nad warstwą Snowflake, refaktoryzuje i rozbudowuje istniejące pipeline’y oraz implementuje wymagania biznesowe
• Przygotowuje i utrzymuje modele DBT, testy i dokumentację; zarządza kodem w GitLab z dyscypliną MR/branch
• Projektuje transformacje i analitykę (np. consolidacja statusów, breakdowny przyczyn odchyleń, porównanie wysiłku) oraz zapewnia zgodność z praktykami data governance

Must Have

• 3+ years experience as an IT consultant / data engineer in analytics delivery.
• Snowflake hands-on: warehouses, roles, tasks/streams, performance-aware SQL modelling; advanced SQL.
• DBT in productive use (models, macros, tests, documentation).
• GitLab (or equivalent Git workflow) including CI-supported deployment of data models.
• Experience refactoring existing pipelines rather than greenfield builds; able to work from written requirements and mock-ups.
• Refine and extend the Snowflake analytics layer for the in-scope pipelines: source, aggregated and consumer-oriented data products.
• Implement business requirement updates: new attributes, changed aggregation logic, drill-down levels, historization/versioning of planning cycles.
• Build and maintain DBT models, tests and documentation; manage code in GitLab with branch/merge-request discipline and code review.
• Design and implement transformation and analytics logic (lot status consolidation, rejection-reason breakdowns, standard-vs-actual effort comparison, basic statistical process control where required).
• Ensure compliance with standards like naming conventions, layering, data-product ownership, lineage and documentation.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation against source systems; support data-quality monitoring.
