Job summary

Link Group is seeking an experienced Data Engineer or Architect with strong Snowflake expertise and hands-on Talend/Informatica experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of modern data platforms in Warsaw. You will collaborate with data, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance data solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake in a production environment.
• Proven experience with Talend or Informatica for data integration and transformation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ELT/ETL architectures.
• Experience working with structured data and complex transformations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models using Snowflake.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT processes using Talend or Informatica.
• Optimize data loading, transformations, and query performance in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across data pipelines.
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of existing solutions.
