Job summary

Intelligenz IT is seeking a Snowflake + dbt Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and modern data transformation solutions for a B2B environment. The role supports remote work from Poland or on-site in Stockholm, Sweden, with collaboration across Data Analysts, Architects, and Business teams to translate requirements into reliable data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Snowflake expertise, dbt proficiency, CI/CD practices, and familiarity with Azure

Qualifications

• Snowflake data pipelines design, development, and maintenance.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and transformations.
• Knowledge of virtual warehouse architecture, performance tuning, cost optimization.
• Hands-on with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, external stages, storage integrations, procedures, tables, views, schemas.
• Experience with Snowflake access controls, role-based permissions, data security.
• dbt models development, testing, deployment, and best practices.
• Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD workflows for deployment.
• Azure cloud services and data environments.
• Familiarity with Informatica IDMC is a plus.
• Ability to translate requirements with Data Analysts, Architects, and Business Teams.
• Troubleshooting pipeline failures and production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, operate, and maintain production data pipelines in Snowflake.
• Build transformation models using dbt and ensure reliable production data solutions.
• Optimize query performance and cost in Snowflake environments.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to translate requirements.

Looking for an experienced Snowflake + dbt Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and modern data transformation solutions.

Location: Poland (Remote) / Stockholm, Sweden

What You’ll Bring:

• Snowflake: Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, operating, and maintaining production data pipelines using Snowflake
• Data Engineering: Experience building scalable data pipelines, Snowflake objects, data transformations, and reliable production data solutions
• Snowflake Optimization: Understanding of virtual warehouse architecture, performance tuning, clustering, partitioning, and cost optimization
• Snowflake Features: Hands-on experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, external stages, storage integrations, procedures, tables, views, and schemas
• Security: Experience with Snowflake access controls, role-based permissions, data security, and storage integrations
• dbt: Extensive experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining transformation models using dbt best practices
• CI/CD & Git: Good understanding of Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD workflows, and automated dbt deployments
• Azure: Good understanding of Azure cloud services and data environments
• Integration: Experience with Informatica IDMC is a plus
• Architecture: Architectural experience with modern data platforms is an advantage
