Job summary

Sabre Corporation is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Krakf3w to design deployment automation, manage cloud-native infrastructure on GCP, and enhance observability across Kubernetes environments.

You will collaborate with software teams to boost reliability, scalability, and operational excellence, while contributing to incident response and proactive automation initiatives. Hybrid work option with in-office days in Krakf3w supports a flexible, fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
• Nice to have: Programming and scripting in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms for fast, reliable software delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using IaC and automation-first principles.
• Build and enhance observability capabilities including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, SLI/SLO definitions, and reliability reporting.

Join the Site Reliability Engineering team supporting Sabre Mosaic Agency Workspace, the primary access point to Sabre services and third-party solutions for travel agencies worldwide. Our mission is to enable reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of rich content and automation capabilities across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms. This role is critical to accelerating engineering productivity through deployment automation, CI/CD excellence, cloud infrastructure management, and observability. What you'll do?
