- Lead and develop an on-site service team
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact for our client and subcontractors
- Coordinate shift plans and optimize service processes
- Monitor KPIs and present them to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive employee development
- You bring a technical degree, technician qualification, or similar background
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Service Coordinator — ideally in intralogistics or plant engineering
- Leadership and project management come naturally to you, supported by empathy, resilience, and a role model mindset that earns trust and professionalism in every situation
- Strong understanding of service processes, especially in on-site support
- Business acumen, a goal- and solution-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office are part of your toolkit; familiarity with SAP is a valuable plus
- You speak Polish as a native speaker and have fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of German will be an additional advantage)
