Overview

Site Manager – High-End Residential Projects | London | Permanent

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of high-end residential fit-out projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and specialist suppliers, coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless site progress.
• Maintain exceptional quality control, especially across bespoke finishes, joinery, M&E, and final presentation.
• Enforce strict Health & Safety compliance and promote a proactive site safety culture.
• Lead regular site meetings, progress reports, and client/architect coordination sessions.
• Foster excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams, representing the company with professionalism and attention to detail.

Experience & Requirements

• Proven track record as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential fit-out or refurbishment projects in London.
• Strong knowledge of luxury interiors, bespoke joinery, M&E coordination, and finishing trades.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of Health & Safety and building regulations.
• Able to interpret complex drawings and manage construction programmes effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
