What Will We Do Together?
  • Managing all warehouse operations and activities, including administration, achievement of KPIs and financial performance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of design, development & managing 200 employee team.
  • Strengthen our long-standing partnerships with our key customers by providing fresh insights and solutions, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with DHL's global regulations.
  • Pro-actively act with the customer to offer support, review budgets and assess warehouse performance to align the operational plan with customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide support and resources to your team, fostering developing environment.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Min. 4 years of experience in managing logistics operations, including special handling & packaging services (value added services).
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams effectively.
  • High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken) – B2/C1 level.
  • Proven ability to define and deploy strategic plans for the site.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Project management skills and passion for driving change and implementing innovative solutions.
